# DELIVERY INFORMATION
 

We take pride in making sure your purchase is delivered to you on time.

  • For HYLA accessories and consumables orders delivery in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak:

    Once your order is received with the completed payment, we will arrange to ship out the orders. It will usually take 2 - 5 business working days from the order (unless stated otherwise on the product page). Orders placed before 1.00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 1.00pm will be processed on the next business day. Our logistics team delivers every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

     

  • For HYLA Air & Room Cleaning System orders delivery to Peninsular Malaysia only.

    Once your order is received with the completed payment, our HYLA team will contact you in the next 1 – 2 business days to schedule a delivery date. Orders placed before 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 5.00pm will be processed on the next business day. Our HYLA team delivers every 7 days a week.

     

  • For HYLA Air & Room Cleaning System orders delivery to Sabah & Sarawak only.

    Once your order is received with the completed payment, we will arrange to ship out the orders. It will usually take 3 - 7 business working days from the order (unless stated otherwise on the product page). Orders placed before 1.00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 1.00pm will be processed on the next business day. Our logistics team delivers every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Delivery Charges for Peninsular Malaysia

Our delivery charges are used to cover the processing, handling and packing of your order.
 

  1. For HYLA accessories & consumables orders below RM300.00, delivery will be RM25.00

  2. For HYLA accessories & consumables orders above RM300.00, delivery will be FREE of charge

  3. For HYLA Air & Room Cleaning System orders, delivery will be FREE of charge which includes first-time (user-training) by our trained HYLA personnel.

Delivery Charges for Sabah & Sarawak
 

Our delivery charges are used to cover the processing, handling and packing of your order.
 

  1. For HYLA accessories & consumables orders below RM300.00, delivery will be RM30.00

  2. For HYLA accessories & consumables orders above RM300.00, delivery will be FREE of charge

  3. For HYLA Air & Room Cleaning System orders, delivery will be RM100.00.

 

Rescheduling of Delivery
 

Let us know 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date. We will then contact you to reschedule (subject to the availability of the next delivery slot).
 

If you can't make the window (3 business days), do understand that we have to change the route for our delivery partners and will incur additional charges. There will be a fee of 10% from your total orders (capped at RM100)

 

Not Present to Receive Delivery
 

We highly advise you (or the appointed person) to be in on the original delivery date or there will be an extra cost for handling. If you need to change the delivery date/time, simply contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery and we can work something out for you. 
 

In the event that you miss your scheduled delivery, a new delivery date will be arranged and a charge of RM100.00 will apply. 

Incorrect Delivery Address


Please check your delivery address carefully or let us know within 3 business days if the address is incorrect. All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse. To reschedule the delivery to the correct address, a charge of RM100.00 will apply. 

 

Refusal of Entry by Building Management 


Should the building management reject the admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled accordingly with a restocking fee of RM100.00 Rescheduling of the delivery is subject to the availability of the next delivery slot.

Receiving Items

On delivery, you or a 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at support@hyla.my and provide a detailed description of the fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defective item cannot be made, HYLA Malaysia reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of the item(s) will depend on the stock's availability. HYLA Malaysia shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by HYLA Malaysia or to any comparison. All full refunds due to defects will be refunded by the following: Purchase Price - Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (RM). Customers who do not inspect the goods or surroundings upon delivery, accept the condition as is by signing their acceptance on the delivery order. The delivery order then serves as evidence of the condition of the goods and surroundings at the time of delivery. Hence, any new defect findings at a later stage will not be considered.
