HYLA THERAPEUTIC REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions


1.  Eligibility:
The HYLA Therapeutic Refer-A-Friend Program ("Program") is open to individuals who have participated in HYLA Dust Extraction Challenge Trial and reside in state of Wilayah Persekutuan & Selangor, Malaysia.

2.  Enrollment:
To participate in the Program, customers must scan, enroll, and sign up through the official HYLA website. Enrollment in the Program signifies agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

3.  Referral Process:
Participants can refer a minimum of seven(7) friends to the HYLA Therapeutic Refer-A-Friend Program by sharing their unique referral link with others. Each referral will be tracked using this unique link.

4.  Referral Rewards:
Participants earn 1 point for each successful referral. A successful referral is defined as a friend who uses the participant's unique referral link to purchase a HYLA Therapeutic Service packages i.e. Basic, Regular or Signature. 

5.  Referral Cap:
Participants can refer an unlimited number of friends to the Program.  

6.  Redemption:
Once a participant accumulates 3 points, they are eligible to redeem their points for a Free HYLA AERA Water Air Purifier. Participants may redeem their reward by contacting HYLA Therapeutic’s What’sApp Careline at +6010.216.4952(HYLA) and providing necessary verification.

7.  Validity Period:
Referral points have a validity period of 12 months from the date of earning. Points not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be carried forward.

8. Fraudulent Activity:
HYLA Therapeutic reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke referral points if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected.

9. Modification or Termination:
HYLA Therapeutic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes through official communication channels.

10. Non-Transferable:
Referral points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.

11. Privacy:
By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with HYLA's privacy policy.

12. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HYLA operates. By participating in the HYLA Referral Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. HYLA retains the right to interpret and enforce these Terms and Conditions as it deems appropriate.
